We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior BIM Modeler specializing in Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems to join our team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will contribute to the creation and management of Building Information Models (BIM) with a focus on ELV systems, working collaboratively with our engineering and design teams.
Responsibilities- Create and modify 3D BIM models for ELV systems using industry-standard software
- Collaborate with MEP engineers and designers to integrate ELV systems into overall building designs
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of BIM models, adhering to company standards and best practices
- Assist in clash detection and resolution processes
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions
- Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and ELV system developments
- Support senior team members in preparing project deliverables and documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in BIM modeling, preferably with a focus on ELV systems
- Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong 3D modeling skills and spatial awareness
- Knowledge of ELV systems and their integration in building design
- Understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems
- Familiarity with industry standards and building codes
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- BIM certification is preferred but not required
