• Conduct energy audits, perform calculations, develop reports, and support high‑value projects across NYC.
• Extensive training provided, with support to progress into Senior Management.
• Excellent package including two annual bonuses, strong PTO allowance, and long‑term career development.

• 2–5 years' experience in energy engineering or building performance.
• Confident conducting energy audits and using Excel/analytical tools.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to progress into senior/lead positions.
