IDR is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in New York, NY. This role offers a chance to work within a small, dynamic team supporting critical infrastructure services in a corporate banking environment. The position involves managing BAU support, server engineering, and supporting hybrid Microsoft Exchange systems.

• Support backups, Microsoft Exchange (hybrid: on-premise and Azure), and BAU production support.
• Assist with supporting infrastructure and server engineering, including admin tasks.
• Collaborate with both US and UK teams, supporting UK infrastructure transitions.
• Work within a small team managing core infrastructure services and responding to production issues.
• Participate in rotating shift schedules and support data center operations in New Jersey and Atlanta.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure support and server engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Exchange, Citrix, VMware, and storage solutions.
• Basic networking knowledge; additional skills with Meraki are a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and non‑technical business users.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with on‑prem and cloud technologies, supporting both US and UK teams.
