We are seeking a Project Controls Specialist to support the delivery of major infrastructure and capital projects across New York’s transit system.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and forecasts to ensure financial control.
- Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and variance analyses.
- Support risk management and change control processes.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to track and resolve issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project controls, scheduling, or cost management.
- Proficiency with scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with large infrastructure or transit projects preferred.
$60.00-$75.00/Hourly Salary. Actual compensation will depend on the individual’s qualifications, education, skills, and experience.
