(GISI) consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost‑effective team to serve clients.
- Review hard copy documents for accuracy and completeness
- Scan and upload documents into a database
- Organize and maintain documents, adhering to the company's document life‑cycle procedures
- Control retrieval of documents
- MS Office experience
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume transactional environment
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Ability to maintain field and office records and perform quantity computations
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to collaborate well with multiple team members
- Working around rail projects experience preferred

- Minimum $72,800; maximum $104,000 salary range based on qualifications and location
