has openings for full-time Entry‑Level Structural Engineers in our Florida & Texas offices including Tampa, Fort Myers, Orlando, Miami, Pensacola, Tallahassee, Dallas & Houston.

This position requires a strong foundation in structural design principles and concepts, geometric understanding, and strong written and oral communication skills. You will work with experienced Professional Engineers and other entry‑level engineers to develop structural calculations for various elements of transportation‑related structures, bridge inspection and reporting and plans preparation, cost estimates, and final bid packages. Work at this level requires the candidate to be a proactive, self‑starter that is willing to work with a team of engineers on projects.

Responsibilities will include checking and providing calculations, quantities, assembling plans, assisting with submittals, field reviews, and other activities required to assemble a set of construction plans.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is required
• Master’s degree in civil engineering with a structural focus is preferred
• 0-4 years of engineering related experience
• EI Certification preferred

• Experience in using structural analysis and design software – Micro Station/Geopak plans, and Roadway Corridor Modeling production experience is a plus.
• Ability to write, speak, and communicate clearly.
