** Qualifications You Must Have:
*** B.A. (or equivalent degree) - a higher level degree may substitute for relevant experience
* Typically, 4+ years of progressive aviation experience, which includes 0-2+ years of management experience.
* Familiarity with aviation safety standards, FAA regulations, policies, and procedures and safe operating practices
* Basic understanding of Aircraft Maintenance and Inspection processes and procedures and/or returning planes to service
* Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
** Qualifications We Prefer:
*** Previous management or lead experience; the ability to recruit employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence
* Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant certification and Inspection Authorization (IA) Designation
* Knowledge of FAA regulations, policies, and procedures
