Fisher Associates is hiring a full-time Precast Engineer to design and engineer high‑quality precast concrete components for a variety of civil and structural engineering projects. You’ll ensure every element meets structural codes, safety standards, and project specs—delivering safe, reliable, and cost‑effective solutions.

Full‑time

• Execute precast engineering and design tasks efficiently.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver structurally sound, cost‑effective, and visually appealing precast concrete designs.
• Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure safety under various loads and conditions.
• Select materials and components for precast concrete production that meet strength, durability, and sustainability standards.
• Create accurate drawings, plans, and specifications for precast projects aligned with industry design standards.
• Support cost estimation.
• Support Project Managers and Designers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Promote, utilize and support QA/QC processes to guarantee quality deliverables.

$72,000 – $85,000 annually (Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications/education, and other factors. Salary range excludes monetary value of benefits.)

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, Master’s preferred
• 0 – 5 years minimum of transportation/structural engineering experience
• Precast concrete design engineering course or design experience preferred
• EIT or ability to obtain it
• Proficiency in AutoCAD & RISA 3D
