What You’ll Do:
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee mechanical projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality, and safety requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and supervise contractors and vendors to meet project goals.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentor team members.
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and deliverables while driving continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
    .
  • 3+ years of experience in a Project Engineering role.
  • Experience in a mill environment (paper or raw material processing)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Spanish fluency preferred
