Role OverviewThe Associate Engineer of Control Systems supports the design, configuration, and testing of control systems across the company’s product line.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Support project engineering schedule reviews, deliverable tracking, and action items.
- Support engineering execution activities, performing HMI computer and control system configuration and testing.
- Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Write reports and procedure manuals; effectively present information and respond to questions.
- Perform multitasking and multidisciplinary communication.
- Perform other duties as required.

- Education and/or Experience
:
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Electrical, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering from a four‑year, ABET‑accredited college or university. - Language Skills
:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations; write reports and business correspondence; effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and the general public. - Mathematical Skills
: to work with probability, statistical inference, geometry, and trigonometry; apply concepts such as percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. - Reasoning Ability
:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and manage abstract and concrete variables. - Computer Skills
:
Knowledge of spreadsheet and word‑processing software, electronic mail, graphics, technical diagrams, networking concepts, computer programming languages, and flow charts.
Interest in learning Engineering Project Planning, Basic and Detail Design, and Configuration and Testing of Industrial Control Systems; interest in Control Systems and Control Panel design including equipment selection, layout, I/O module selection, and schematic diagram preparation.
Physical Demands & Work EnvironmentRegularly required to stand and walk; frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds. Noise levels may be moderate to loud; hearing protection may be required in some areas.
