A well‑established org with a national footprint seeks a proven Plant Manager to lead two 100‑MW‑class combined‑cycle cogeneration facilities in Solvay and Beaver Falls, NY. Each site features Siemens combustion turbines and steam turbines.

The role oversees all operations, maintenance, engineering, compliance, and administration under the O&M Agreement, ensuring reliability, safety, and profitability while serving as the primary liaison to the Owner and community stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline (preferred).
• Prior experience as a Plant Manager or senior leader in a combined‑cycle power plant.
• Strong command of O&M business principles, contract management, and IPP operations.
• Expertise in budgeting, environmental compliance, and organizational development.

• Direct all O&M, safety, environmental, and training programs, ensuring compliance and reliability.
• Lead and develop plant personnel, maintaining qualifications and a strong safety culture.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to maximize plant profitability.
• Manage planned and unplanned outages, optimizing schedules and resources.
• Administer contracts and project agreements (O&M, energy supply, interconnection, service).
• Ensure compliance with environmental permits and all reporting obligations.
• Serve as the plant’s public and regulatory liaison, promoting a positive community image.
• Support operations and maintenance troubleshooting and technical problem resolution.
• Execute continuous improvement initiatives and special projects assigned by NAES leadership.
