- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans
- Debug complex RTL implementations
- Optimize verification methodologies and infrastructure
- Collaborate with design teams on functional requirements
- Strong experience with System Verilog/UVM
- Proficiency in verification methodologies (coverage-driven, constrained random)
- Python scripting skills for test automation
- Experience with industry-standard simulation tools
- Ability to architect scalable verification solutions
- Background in formal verification is a plus
