About the Role:

The Structural Engineer will play a key role in the design, analysis, and oversight of a variety of projects including commercial, residential, and infrastructure developments. Candidates will also have the opportunity to work on Local Law 11 façade inspection and repair projects
, gaining hands‑on experience with NYC building regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead structural design and analysis for new construction, renovation, and retrofit projects
• Conduct and oversee Local Law 11 façade inspections and prepare engineering reports
• Prepare detailed engineering calculations, drawings, and reports
• Conduct site inspections and provide professional recommendations
• Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical and innovative solutions
• Ensure compliance with NYC Building Code, Local Law 11, and other applicable standards
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to professional development within the team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, or ability to obtain in New York
• 5+ years of relevant structural engineering experience, including building envelope, high‑rise, or specialty structure projects
• Experience with Local Law 11 inspections and façade remediation projects is a strong plus
• Proficiency with structural analysis software and strong technical problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management abilities
