Based out of our Jamesville, NY quarry, this position will support work performed for our Micron Project.
** What You'll Be Doing
*** Champion safety initiatives to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
* Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards
* Deliver engaging safety training and promote a culture of continuous improvement
* Collaborate with operations teams to implement proactive safety solutions
* Analyze safety data and trends to drive strategic decision-making

*** Strong knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and best practices
* Ability to influence and engage employees at all levels in safety programs
* Skilled in problem-solving and implementing practical solutions in dynamic environments
* Effective communicator with strong presentation and facilitation skills
* Commitment to fostering a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement
** Work Environment
** This role involves working in industrial and construction settings, including cement plants, quarries, and terminals. Travel to multiple sites within the region may be required.
