** THE WORK*
* We are currently seeking a Logistics Management Analyst to support multiple DOD related programs  examples include but not limited too Ground Based Radar   In this role the Analyst will support the Depot team assisting the Program Team  e g  Logistics Program Manager  LPM , Production, etc   with daily tasking

In this position, the successful candidate will perform the following duties but not limited to:

- Assist with preparing and executing requisitions for material to ship to various locations for repair, including internal repairs and vendor repairs

- Track all items in the repair cycle and provide status as required

- Perform inventory management through support of daily and weekly cycle counting  This includes stock corrections and updates in the tool of record for programs as required

- Manage A and F condition material

- Process all customer required paperwork and labeling for material shipments, including DD1149s,DD1348's, DD250's, and others forms as required

- Arrange and coordinate material moves through the depot to designated locations using internal material transfers, external shipping systems and documents, and other methods

- Schedule and arrange government brokered loads through the Government Portal

- Schedule and arrange LTL carriers

- Coordinate materials to be shipped back to the customer

* Basic Qualifications:

* - Experience using Accountable Property System of Record, examples include SAP or similar

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interface directly with multiple program/functional organizations

- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams to meet contractual delivery schedules

- Ability to work in a fast paced work environment

- Interim Secret Security Clearance required to start
