• Analyze massive RFQ/RFP packages for major infrastructure builds, identifying "must-win" criteria and hidden risks.
• Facilitate high-level "Go/No-Go" sessions and lead the development of "Win Themes" that differentiate the organization from other competitors in the market.
• Own the entire bid lifecycle, serving as the central nervous system for the pursuit team from initial capture to the final "Gold Team" review.

• Rally a powerhouse team of internal estimators, external design partners, and technical SMEs to ensure our solution is constructible, innovative, and cost-effective.
• Work alongside project managers to turn complex technical logistics and CAD renderings into a clear, compelling narrative that speaks to the client’s pain points.
• Oversee the creation of high-impact visuals, ensuring our technical approach is as visually impressive as it is structurally sound.

• Maintain a zero-defect standard for proposal compliance, ensuring every regulatory and technical requirement is met or exceeded.
• Responsible for the transition from paper to podium, leading the development of shortlist interview presentations and managing post-submission clarifications.
• Optimize our competitive edge by curating a library of project "lessons learned" and performance data to refine our future win rates.

• You have 18+ years industry experience, with a proven track record in alternative delivery (Design-Build, P3, Progressive Design-Build) for large-scale infrastructure.
• You don’t just "proofread" - you craft technical narratives that are persuasive, concise, and professional.
• Expert-level command of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign is a must) and MS Office.
• You thrive in the "war room" environment of tight deadlines and high-dollar stakes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Marketing, or a related field.

• This role is based out of New York State, north of Manhattan, with occasional travel to project sites or partner offices to get a "boots on the ground" understanding of the pursuit.
• Requires the agility to work extended hours during "crunch time" to ensure our submission is nothing short of perfect.
