Project Manager for XN

Overview

3XN is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing studio in New York City. You will be working on a range of exciting, North American-based projects and competitions in an open, innovative, and design-oriented environment. We are looking for experienced designers who are passionate about value-driven, high-quality architecture, at both the conceptual and detail level. • Strong conceptual and technical design skills, with the ability to produce design options both independently and collaboratively
• 5-10 years of experience in all phases of design and documentation, from Concept Design through Construction Documents (project management experience required)
• Self-motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic about advancing the studio
• High proficiency with Revit, Rhino, Enscape and the Adobe Suite
• Excellent communication skills, with fluent written and spoken English
• Eligible to work in the United States
