Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Consultant to join our Construction Advisory team, focusing on claims and dispute resolution, delay analysis, project advisory services, construction cost analysis and controls, and construction planning and scheduling. The role involves partnering with subject matter experts to work on diverse projects and clients, providing thorough and objective analysis to assess and mitigate risks on complex construction issues.

- Assist in advising clients in the engineering and construction space.
- Review and assess project change orders, including scope, costs, and schedules.
- Review and analyze project schedules, including delay analysis.
- Analyze loss of productivity and inefficiency.
- Calculate damages, including increased material, labor costs, or additional subcontractor costs.
- Analyze extended general conditions and other time‑related costs.
- Review and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Assist in preparation of expert reports and presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, etc.) or Construction Management.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Bluebeam, Adobe, or other PDF management software.
- Scheduling software knowledge – Microsoft Project or Primavera.
- Hybrid office attendance required.
- Recent graduate or 1–3 years of relevant experience (internships acceptable).
- Ability to remain stationary during work shifts.
- Willingness to travel within the United States and internationally.
- Maintains project focus and delivers within time frames.
- Works independently in client‑facing environments and aligns recommendations with client and firm interests.
- Analytical thinker who collects, organizes, and interprets data for decision support.
- Skilled communicator at all organizational levels, maintaining confidentiality.

Salary range: $65,000 – $80,000 (subject to experience, location, and role responsibilities).
