• Engaging and inspiring students through consistent, one‑on‑one and peer‑level daily interaction.
• Leveraging adaptive educational technology and AI‑driven platforms to enable individualized learning progression.
• Facilitating small‑group sessions on leadership development, life competencies, and practical success frameworks.
• Supporting students in identifying personal strengths and broadening their aspirations via customized development plans.
• Actively participating in the evolution of Alpha's educational model by providing feedback, data, and innovative ideas.

Cultivating student enthusiasm for school while enabling 2x accelerated learning through AI‑powered tools.

• Availability to work onsite at one of the locations listed above.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in any discipline.
• Proven track record of exceptional achievement (examples: top academic distinctions, D1/Olympic‑level athletics, national‑level competition results, etc.).
• 3 years of hands‑on experience working with K–8 students in mentoring, coaching, or teaching roles.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Current legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position.
