Our 2-Hour Learning approach combines AI-adaptive platforms with specialist-led instruction to produce accelerated reading outcomes. Your role: create and deliver focused reading workshops that generate quantifiable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then contribute to expanding that framework across our national campus network.
This role focuses on data-informed teaching, technology partnership, and constructing a literacy program that serves thousands of students—not administrative busywork.

What You Will Be Doing- Conducting focused reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency capabilities
- Creating individualized motivational experiences using gamified literacy benchmarks
- Reviewing student performance data to improve instructional methods and extract practical insights
- Partnering with engineering teams to assess and optimize AI literacy platforms based on real classroom feedback
- Building scalable, AI-integrated content that supports early elementary learners in reaching grade-level reading proficiency
- Conducting 90-minute lessons or adhering to conventional curriculum structures—academic content is delivered through AI-adaptive applications
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree in reading instruction OR advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to K–2 students
- Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independently of pre-packaged curricula
- Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to respond to student engagement patterns within them
- Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Able to work on-site at one of our campuses:

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
