A community organization is seeking enthusiastic volunteers to become English Language Learner Mentors for students ages 11-18 in the South Bronx. As a mentor, you will provide homework help and small group support to assist students in reaching their academic goals. Applicants should have a passion for education, strong communication skills, and a commitment to consistent attendance. This volunteer opportunity begins January 2026 and requires a commitment of at least 2 hours a week for one semester.
