Position DetailsThe Grove School of Engineering at The City College of New York seeks applicants for a newly created position of Associate Director of Graduate and Professional Programs. The position will report to the Dean of Engineering. The Associate Director of Graduate and Professional Programs will lead the development, expansion, and continuous improvement of master’s and professional certificate offerings position aims to respond to industry needs, attract working professionals, and enhance the school’s graduate enrollment and impact.
Responsibilities- Oversee the design and launch of new interdisciplinary MS programs and stackable credentials.
- Partner with faculty and industry leaders to ensure curricular alignment with emerging technologies and workforce demands.
- Implement flexible delivery models to support working professionals, including hybrid and evening offerings.
- Lead marketing and recruitment strategies for domestic and international graduate audiences.
- Monitor graduate student success metrics including enrollment, retention, and job placement.
- Build articulation agreements and continuing education pathways with corporations and academic partners.
