At Cure Hydration, growth isn’t just a marketing function; it’s the engine that powers how we reach and retain our customers across every channel. We’re looking for a Growth Manager who can think strategically, act decisively, and own results end‑to‑end.

Reporting directly to the Director of Growth, this position spans DTC, Amazon, and Retail, ensuring alignment across all marketing touchpoints, including performance, affiliate, retail media, and brand. You’ll be responsible for driving efficient, profitable growth, fully owning the testing roadmap, day‑to‑day budgeting, and performance analytics across paid social, search, affiliate, and emerging channels.

We’re a small, lean team, so this isn’t a “manage the agency and wait for reports” type of role. You’ll be in the details: building campaign strategies, questioning the data, spotting opportunities, and ensuring every dollar is working hard. You’ll collaborate daily with our Brand, Retail, and E‑commerce Marketplace teams to align on launches, messaging, and how we track the full customer journey.

You’ll also play a key role in shaping Cure’s omni‑channel growth strategy, using data and attribution models to understand what’s truly driving incremental lift. Experience in marketing mix modeling, incrementality testing, and cross‑channel attribution is critical as we’re constantly refining how we measure and allocate spend to get smarter with every campaign.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute Cure’s growth strategy across DTC, Amazon, and Retail media (e.g., Instacart, , etc.), managing the day‑to‑day planning, optimization, and reporting of campaigns across key paid channels.
  • Collaborate with the Director of E‑commerce Marketplaces to execute and optimize Amazon ad campaigns, support product launches, manage keyword strategy, and drive visibility and conversion within retail media networks.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director to run a structured creative testing and feedback loop, ensuring performance insights translate into sharper concepts, messaging, and iterations.
