The Strategic Business Partnerships course focuses on building, managing, and sustaining high‑value partnerships that drive long‑term organisational growth. The programme equips participants with practical tools, frameworks, and real‑world insights to create mutually beneficial collaborations aligned with strategic objectives.

• Deliver the Strategic Business Partnerships course according to the approved agenda and learning objectives
• Coordinate all training‑related activities in collaboration with Cambridge for Global Training
• Receive and manage shipped training materials, equipment, or course‑related resources
• Prepare and customise training materials, presentations, case studies, and exercises
• Ensure high‑quality course delivery that meets professional and executive training standards
• Facilitate interactive discussions, group work, and practical applications
• Maintain effective time management and session flow throughout the programme

The trainer must be able to confidently deliver all course units, including:

• Fundamentals of strategic business partnerships
• Partnership identification, evaluation, and due diligence
• Designing and structuring partnerships, including governance and legal aspects
• Managing, sustaining, and resolving challenges in partnerships
• Evaluating partnership performance and evolving strategic alliances

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in business development, strategy, partnerships, or a related field
• Proven experience delivering this course or a very similar programme previously
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Experience delivering executive‑level or corporate training programmes

• Background in strategy consulting, corporate partnerships, or international business
• Experience delivering instructor‑led training in professional or executive education environments
• Availability to be physically present in New York during the course dates
