The Goddard School is seeking assistant teachers in our Toddler (1-year-old) program at our Stuy Town location.

This brand new, state-of-the-art preschool facility has:

• 15 classrooms

• Twenty-Seven (27) paid personal days per year (Ten (10) paid personal days per calendar year;
  Five (5) paid personal days between Christmas and New Year’s Day;

• An assistant teacher must have a high school diploma or equivalent. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Working alongside the classroom teachers to implement planned activities
• Establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment
• Supporting each child’s social and emotional development
• Establishing positive and effective family relations and communication
• Maintaining routine and structure in the classroom
