A youth development organization based in New York is looking for a UD Team SBYD Coach to empower at-risk youth through sports. The successful candidate will facilitate sessions based on the SBYD curriculum, focus on building life skills alongside athletic skills, and maintain academic support. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess strong communication skills, a commitment to teamwork, as well as a passion for serving disadvantaged youth.
