OverviewJoin our New York team as a Programmatic Media Manager to lead sophisticated programmatic advertising strategies for enterprise clients. You'll manage complex campaigns across multiple DSPs while driving measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities- Plan/buy across DV360, The Trade Desk; manage CM360 trafficking
- Build PMP/PG deals; ensure brand safety, viewability, and reach hygiene
- Own budgets/pacing; run creative/audience tests; optimize weekly
- Integrate with analytics (GA4/warehouse) and lift studies
- Mentor specialists; collaborate with Creative/Client teams
- 5–7 years hands-on programmatic (DV360/TTD) + ad-serving (CM360)
- CTV/DOOH experience; audience/data partnerships; brand safety frameworks
- Strong Excel/Sheets; basics of SQL helpful
- Clear communication; client-facing maturity
- SA360/You Tube CTV; SPO strategies; attention metrics
- Retail media or commerce DSP exposure
