Position Overview and ResponsibilitiesAssociate Teachers are early‑career educators, typically employed for up to three years. They work alongside a Head Teacher to support a home‑base class for the entire year, primarily through small group or 1:1 instruction, while also having opportunities to lead full‑group lessons. As full‑time faculty, they participate in grade‑level teams, collaborating on planning, instruction, and assessment tied to student learning. They receive ongoing professional development to strengthen foundational teaching practices and support future career paths.
Required Qualifications• Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree (preferred with experience working with younger learners and completed coursework in a related field).
• Commitment to collaboration, open‑mind, positive disposition.
• Dedication to supporting a diverse and inclusive community.
Base pay range: $50,000.00 / yr – $62,000.00 / yr. The exact salary is determined by teaching experience on our Associate Teacher scale.
