Overview
Part-Time tutors at our Yorktown center for our Skill-based Program:
Work with students between K-8th grade. Focus on the foundational skills: reading comprehension, lower level math skills, and writing. Instruct in either a 1:1 or 4:1 setting. There are no lesson plans to write or homework to grade.
- Flexible, part-time hours – afternoon, evening, weekend and summer.
- Competitive hourly rate and paid training.
- Professional development opportunities.
- 4-year degree required.
- All experience levels are welcome to apply – recent grads, current teachers, and retired professionals.
- Monday-Friday: 2-8:30pm
- Saturday-Sunday: 9am-5pm
$17-$20 commensurate with experience.
