Responsibilities

As a Senior Analyst, Guest & Market Insights on the Performance and Insights team, your innovative and actionable insights will help Roundel’s advertisers understand how their media investments are performing, identify ways to optimize and grow their media investment, and elevate their understanding of the Target guest. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Peformance & Insights.

  • Empower clients and client-facing teams to effectively utilize our Value Add menu, deploying the right method for the business question at hand, included but not limited to:
    Rest of Market Sales Lift Studies, Brand Lift Studies, A/B Testing, Surveys, User interviews, Social Listening, and Shopalongs.
  • Identify opportunities for us to grow our Value Adds with new Quantitative and Qualitative methodologies rooted in client feedback and competitive intelligence. Drive adoption of new methods through collaboration with internal partners/external vendors, training, and collateral.
  • Own project pipeline, timelines, and budget tracking in your areas of expertise. Thought partner to Sr Manager on long term strategic planning.
