Learning And Development Specialist

Manhattan-based tech firm is seeking a temporary Learning and Development Specialist to join their team for six months - potentially longer. They are seeking somebody with a minimum of 5 years in learning design with exposure to AI tools.

Hourly pay rate: $40-50/hr

• Designing innovative AI-driven learning experiences for diverse learners.
• Transform and develop engaging eLearning modules using advanced tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align learning outcomes with organizational objectives.
• Apply modern learning theories to create scalable and impactful learning journeys.
• Ensure seamless integration of AI-enabled content into existing platforms.
• Maintain high standards for learning design and measure effectiveness through established metrics.
• Incorporate coaching, role-play simulations, and personalized learning paths.
• Establish metrics to measure learning effectiveness and engagement.
• Maintain high standards for learning experience design and brand consistency.

• Bachelor of Arts degree with 5+ years of content design and L&D experience.
• Expertise in AI-driven learning pathways and adaptive learning technologies.
• Proven experience in instructional design and eLearning development.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and performance enablement.
• Experience designing scalable solutions for global and hybrid work forces.
• Exceptional project management and collaboration skills.
• Preferred experience in PEO/HR/benefits/tech industries.
