There are no education or experience qualifications for this position.

• Associate degree preferred
• Familiarity with Greece Central School District and community
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent time management
• Experience working or volunteering with students and/or families
• Preference given to parents of current or past students

• Attend monthly parent coordinator meetings
• Participate in monthly supervision/site visits
• Help families gain knowledge and understanding of Greece Central School District
• Learn the needs of students, families, and the community
• Proactively build relationships with diverse students and families
• In collaboration with building leaders and the community schools team, empower and engage families
• Participate in community schools/family engagement committees at the building level
• Support the organization and facilitation of building-based and district family engagement events
• Increase parent engagement opportunities within the building and district
• Other duties as assigned

This position is building-based. Hours vary, 12 - 15 hours per week. In person availability is required.
