• Train and develop a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality
• Build Guide Playbooks that outline best practices for facilitation, designing engaging learning activities, and addressing challenges
• Deliver consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that drives student engagement and achievement
• Mentor a small cohort of students directly, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques

• Creating lesson plans – your Guides facilitate student learning through adaptive applications; you will focus on training them to be outstanding facilitators
• Compromising on standards – when our passing grade is 100%, your role is to uphold that benchmark
• Running dull training sessions – you will coach Guides through dynamic, high‑energy, hands‑on professional development

Train and develop a team of Guides to execute the Alpha system with exceptional quality.

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related field.
• Proven track record developing and implementing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with the capacity to build, manage, and inspire high‑performing teams.
• Experience working with youth (ages 5‑18) in an educational or developmental setting.
• Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision‑making and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Atlanta, GA;
  Las Vegas, NV;
  Nashville, TN;
  Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
