Student Support Associate

As the Student Support Associate, you will collaborate with our team to achieve outcomes that ensure all students, especially those with diverse needs, are supported to achieve their goals.

• Develop and apply a deep understanding of Bold’s goals, vision, and values
• Support students to achieve ambitious outcomes, working closely with individual students in a classroom or small group setting
• Develop strong relationships that meaningfully engage and invest students and families to achieve shared goals
• Participate in team and family meetings to support progress
• Support daily school systems and coverage as needed
• Demonstrate a mission-first mindset to ensure all decisions and actions are rooted in what is best for student achievement and Bold

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience working with children in a school, childcare, or healthcare setting

Flexible

Bold Charter School offers highly competitive compensation, in the top range of comparable positions across New York City charter schools. Compensation for this position is $25/hour and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
