Student Learning Coach, Alpha

Overview

On-site position available in San Francisco, Miami, or Santa Barbara. $120,000 annual salary with weekly pay. Immediate health coverage, HSA/FSA options, and 401(k) Roth. Relocation assistance provided.

• Inspiring and guiding students through consistent, one-on-one engagement—no traditional lectures, only impactful peer-style mentorship
• Leveraging adaptive educational technology and AI-driven platforms to enable individualized learning progression
• Facilitating small-group sessions centered on life competencies, leadership development, and practical achievement frameworks
• Supporting students in identifying their capabilities and broadening their aspirations via tailored development roadmaps
• Participating in the continuous refinement of Alpha's educational approach through data analysis, observations, and innovative thinking

• Bachelor s degree in any field
• Documented history of exceptional achievement (e.g. top academic honors, D1/Olympic athletics, national competitions, etc.)
• 3 years  experience working directly with K–8 students in a mentoring, coaching, or instructional capacity
• Strong communication and public speaking skills
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Willingness to work in-person at Miami, FL;
  Santa Barbara, CA or San Francisco, CA

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is available immediately and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
