Reporting to the Director of Admissions, the Assistant Director of Law School Admissions is responsible for managing admissions-related social media, recruiting, file review, and student ambassadors. This position requires substantial travel during the fall semester (September – November) as well as weekend and evening hours.
Essential Functions
- Serves as a member of the committee that reviews a high volume of applicant files.
- Conducts off-campus candidate recruitment.
- Serves as the admissions representative for the Law School at national and regional recruitment fairs and forums.
- Maintains correspondence with prospective students.
- Maintains recruitment calendar for all LSAC forms and Professional/Graduate Fairs.
- Leads and grows the current student ambassador program and its engagement with admitted students.
- Manages all social media outlets related to both prospective and admitted students.

Required Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in college recruiting.

- Proficiency with Google and Microsoft Office suites.
