Base pay range$72,000 – $78,000 per year
Responsibilities- Serve as staff liaison to Columbia Alumni Association alumni groups, based on interest, identity, or industry.
- Collaborate with university and school‑based alumni and student affairs counterparts to strengthen partnerships and develop opportunities to increase and deepen alumni and student engagement.
- Work with the Senior Executive Director to grow the alumni group community’s leadership, plan strategically, increase volunteer management, and emphasize succession planning and governance.
- Coordinate targeted outreach to broaden membership of existing groups.
- Partner with other Office of Alumni and Development units to maximize CAA offerings and development opportunities that benefit the CAA and alumni group activity.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of related experience.
Subject to business needs, a hybrid work arrangement is supported for this position. Options will be discussed during the interview process.
