Soccer Coach
We are seeking Soccer Coaches with a Bachelor’s degree, 1–2+ years of coaching or teaching experience, and a passion for developing students through soccer.
Responsibilities- Execute a bold vision of excellence in soccer
, designing rigorous, skill‑building, and developmentally appropriate training sessions that cultivate determination, discipline, teamwork, and resilience in all students. - Build a positive, inclusive team culture where students develop a genuine love for the sport, embrace effort and growth, and families feel connected to a strong school community.
- Use data, performance metrics, and player feedback to track progress, refine coaching strategies, and drive athletic and personal growth for every student‑athlete.
- Develop authentic, trusting relationships with students and families to support students’ physical, social‑emotional, and character development.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and engage in ongoing professional learning, embracing feedback and coaching to continuously strengthen your practice.
- Contribute to whole‑school initiatives and provide support as needed, ensuring athletics are meaningfully integrated into the broader student experience.
- Lead a high‑quality after‑school soccer program that builds technical skill, fosters competitive readiness, and prepares students for games, tournaments, and team‑based competition.
