As SVP, Account Director, you’ll lead strategic client relationships with a strong digital transformation focus. You’ll have overall accountability for client partnerships, business growth, and the integration of digital innovation across all account activities. This role requires a forward‑thinking leader who can drive significant organic growth while mentoring teams to deliver future‑ready healthcare communications solutions.
What You’ll Do:Account Leadership & Management
- Serve as the primary senior client contact, building C‑suite relationships while positioning the agency as a digital innovation partner
- Lead account planning, financial management, forecasting, and profitability analysis
- Drive organic growth through strategic planning that identifies digital expansion opportunities
- Structure and oversee account teams to ensure optimal performance and digital capability development
- Champion digital‑first approaches across all client engagements
- Identify opportunities to enhance traditional medical education with digital components and data‑driven personalization
- Partner with specialists to develop innovative solutions addressing evolving client needs
- Guide the integration of AI, automation, and analytics to improve campaign effectiveness
- Pursue organic growth opportunities through digital expansion and innovation
- Lead new business pitches with compelling digital value propositions
- Develop strategic account plans mapping growth pathways through digital transformation initiatives
- Monitor competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities
- Provide strategic counsel and digital thought leadership to clients at all levels
- Anticipate client needs and proactively recommend digital solutions
- Lead client meetings and presentations with confidence and digital fluency
