$131.00/hr – $153.00/hr

• Administer evaluations in home and/or school‑based settings
• Write comprehensive evaluation reports and submit them in a timely manner
• Determine need for additional assessment per observation and child need
• Conduct evaluations in the primary language of the child
• Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families (in accordance with HIPAA and State & Federal regulations) and submit records to agency within established deadlines

• Must have a passion for working with children, families, and therapists
• NYS Certified Special Educator:
  Students with Disabilities (Birth‑2) or Permanent Special Education certificate
• Bilingual Spanish a must; bilingual extension necessary for provision of services in our preschool program
• Experience administering the DAYC‑2 and HELP
• Experience evaluating children birth‑to‑five years old a plus
• EI Evaluations program requires completion of the EILN Intro and Advanced Assessment trainings
• Must be self‑motivated, a team player, and exercise patience/professionalism

• Must be able to travel to and from assigned cases including but not limited to driving personal vehicle, walking, and/or use of public transportation such as a bus or train.
• The ability to climb and descend staircases
• The ability to lift 10 pounds regularly
• The ability to sit on the floor, kneel, and/or crawl for extended periods
