Join Right At School as a Part Time Childcare Educator supporting local school districts in early and after‑school extended day programs focused on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students.

Monday – Friday: 6:45 am–9:25 am and 3:10 pm–6:30 pm (schedule based on school placement; training begins August for the 2025/2026 school year).

$17.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on education and experience).

• Lead daily program meetings to review goals, share ideas, discuss progress, and promote collaboration.
• Prepare and facilitate curriculum and activities that align with program objectives, ensuring they are educational and enjoyable for all ages.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment, modeling positive guidance and effective classroom management.
• Prioritize safety by monitoring the environment, addressing hazards, and following all safety protocols, including documentation of attendance and incidents.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.

• Outstanding customer service and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Minimum of 2 years working with children under 13 years of age.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.

• Must meet state‑specific requirements.
• First Aid and CPR in‑person certification.
• Positive tuberculosis test result.
• Proof of MMR immunization.
• Minimum age 18.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Substantial experience with children under 13 (3‑5 years).
