What We're Looking ForAs the Admissions Manager, you will support the Admissions team with logistics and administrative detail while overseeing the entire admissions administrative process. You will wear many hats, grow your skills, and drive results through a tireless work ethic. This fully in‑person role requires occasional weekend and evening work and is open until April 30, 2026, serving two campuses.
Your Primary Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive follow‑up on attendees of Information Sessions, School Tours, and other admissions events, maintaining a log of all activity.
- Orchestrate event management, including planning, setup, teardown, refreshments, and materials preparation.
- Provide excellent customer service to prospective parents and students, answering application questions.
- Conduct campus tours, proctor entrance exams, and facilitate processing of billing.
- Collaborate with the design team to submit materials to vendors and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage administrative details, keep projects on schedule, print, and organize materials.
- Write semi‑monthly admissions newsletters and targeted event emails.
- Pursue delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines.
- Order supplies and manage inventory.
- Compose correspondence and reports as required by management.
- Process mail and handle inquiries within capacity, escalating as needed.
- Handle confidential material discreetly.
- Monitor budgets and expenditures.
- Excel in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial/start‑up environment.

- Strong understanding of the admissions funnel and engagement at each stage.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Effective oral and written communication.
- Bachelor’s degree with administrative experience.
- Technical skills, proficient in Microsoft Suite and internet searches.
- Experience with customer service, CRM (e.g., Hub Spot) and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Smart Choice) preferred.
