Educator Pay Rate: $17.00‑$20.00 (based on education and experience)

Schedule:

Monday‑Friday, After School: 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM (start and end times may vary by location).

• Daily Program Meetings:
  Review goals and updates, share ideas, discuss professional progress, encourage collaboration, and maintain team accountability.
• Organize and Facilitate Daily
  
  Activities:
  
  Prepare activities and curriculum for the day, ensuring alignment with program objectives; lead structured daily fitness, activities, and curriculum that are both educational and enjoyable for all ages.
• Leading by Example:
  Maintain a safe and nurturing environment and model positive guidance and effective classroom management.
• Prioritize Safety & Joy:
  Monitor the environment, address potential hazards, follow all safety protocols, and document attendance, incidents, and observations.
• Communication:
  Effectively communicate with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.

• Outstanding customer service and relationship‑building skills
• Works well in a team environment
• At least 2 years of experience working with children under 13 years of age
• Ability to lift 25 lbs
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed

• Meet state‑specific requirements
• First Aid and CPR (in‑person)
• Cleared tuberculosis test
• Proof of MMR
• 18+ years of age
• Proof of high school diploma/GED required
• Substantial experience working with children under 13 years of age (3‑5 years)
