• Demonstrate a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, etc.).
• Encourage children to interact and resolve occasional conflict.
• Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum (identify shapes, numbers, colors, crafts, etc.).
• Organize nap and lunch/snack hours and supervise children to ensure they are always safe.
• Track children’s progress.
• Communicate with parents regularly.
• Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards.

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development, and state certification.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and five years' experience in a licensed early childhood center.
• Proof of current and active enrollment in an accredited Associate’s or Bachelor's degree program in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
