Essential Functions

• Instruct Group and Private lessons of varying abilities, covering all age groups.
• Make continued efforts to improve skiing/riding skills, teaching skills, and technical knowledge.
• Assist students with proper equipment use and techniques.
• Communicate effectively with your students, parents, staff, and the public.
• Follow the Responsibility Code and ensure guest safety on varied terrain.
• Participate in all required and additional training clinics.
• Setting up / tearing down of learning area, as assigned.
• Providing a consistently friendly, fun, safe, caring, and compassionate guest experience.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Must have reliable winter transportation.
• Possess and maintain a high level of responsibility and reliability.
• PSIA/AASI Certifications and Youth Certification/Credentials are preferred but not required.
• Ski or Snowboard instruction experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to Ski or Snowboard at an intermediate level.
• Must have good, effective, and respectful communication skills in the workplace at all times.
• Excellent Customer service skills.
• Must be a team player.
• Pass a pre-employment background check.

Pay Scale:
Sliding Scale Based on Certifications starting at $15.45 + Incentives (Groups and Privates)
