Thanks for your interest in Success Academy! We are a large, fast‑growing, high‑performing network of public charter schools. Running a network of this size requires a collaborative village—families, children, teachers, staff, faculty, advocates, and supporters alike. We would love to welcome you to our community and work to ensure that every child, regardless of zip code or economic status, has access to a fun, rigorous, whole‑child education.
When you join SA, you help give every student who walks through our doors a fair shot at reaching their full potential.
We are actively hiring for the 2025‑26 school year! If you are passionate, driven, and looking for an intellectually charged environment that allows you to make a lasting impact, this role may be for you. As a science teacher in New York City’s top‑performing network of K‑12 charter schools, you will serve a team of professionals committed to preparing children from low‑income neighborhoods to become self‑assured thinkers and leaders, capable of exploring sophisticated ideas, debating them, and preparing for college and beyond.
At Success Academy, our science program ignites a passion for scientific thinking and curiosity. We develop scholars as citizens of science, empowering them to engage creatively, critically, and meaningfully with the world around them in ways that are endlessly fascinating, complex, and philosophical. Scholars engage flexibly with different scientific disciplines, encouraging them to see engineering, physics, mathematics, chemistry, and biology as interdependent.
We also emphasize scientific literacy, with special attention to reading, writing, and data literacy.
A background in education is not required. We provide extensive training and a proven curriculum so you can focus on working with your students instead of building lesson plans.
