El Dojo NYC is recruiting students and athletes for our paid assistant instructor coaching development program. This is a real teaching opportunity designed for candidates who want to grow into professional martial arts instructors through hands‑on training and mentorship — no prior teaching experience required, but martial arts training is preferred.

Responsibilities- Assist the head instructor during youth & adult classes.
- Lead warm‑ups and drills.
- Support student engagement and class safety.
- Learn professional coaching and leadership skills.
- Working papers required for minors (high school students).
- Up to 20 hours/week.
- Ability to commit to a 6‑month learning track.
Experience: Required
Languages: English – Advanced
Employment: Part‑time
Schedule: Starts at 2:30 pm
Salary: $18 – $22 hourly
