School Faculty - Preschool - Mary Help of Christians Catholic School

Mary Help of Christians Catholic School in Parkland (Broward County), Florida is seeking a full-time Pre-Kindergarten Teacher for the 2025-26 school year. This teacher will be responsible for creating a loving and nurturing learning environment. The teacher will be expected to plan and implement lessons that are developmentally appropriate, engaging, and consistent with the Early Childhood standards. The teacher will be responsible for monitoring students’ progress and adjusting instruction as needed.

The candidate performs all duties and responsibilities with the mission, vision, and values of the Catholic Archdiocese of Miami. Salary will vary based on certification and years of experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• State certified childcare training with Department of Children and Families is required.
• 1 year of relevant experience.
• Excellent communications skills including written, verbal, public speaking, and presentation skills.
• Flexibility in assessing needs and strategies and adapting appropriately in a ministerial environment.
• Ability to collaborate in professional learning communities to develop, implement and continuously improve the effectiveness of the curriculum and instruction to result in high levels of student achievement.
• Strong presentation skills with the use of instructional technologies.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel;
  PowerPoint a plus.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills, including clear speaking voice.
• Good spelling and grammar are required.
• Supportive and respectful of the mission and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church; experience in Roman Catholic environment preferred.
• Knowledge of basic tenets of the Catholic Church.
