- Master’s degree in Business (or related field) required.
- Relevant business work experience required.
- Provide instruction focused on teaching and learning to ensure all course outcomes are achieved.
- Participate in professional development to enhance teaching and facilitation skills.
- Engage in campus-wide initiatives supporting recruitment, retention, and graduation, including monitoring program retention and meeting regularly with program advisors.
- Complete all administrative duties related to instruction.
The salary range is $40.00 - $44.44 per contact hour, totaling $1,800 - $2,000 for the 15‑week semester, paid bi-monthly over an eight‑paycheck period. Full compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
