• Teach Physics and Science at various academic levels
• Design an inclusive and responsive curriculum that meets all standards, including NYS and college-level concurrent enrollment requirements
• Provide academic support across a range of science courses

• New York State Teacher Certification in Physics 5-9, Physics 7-12, or other New York State Science Certification; at least a Bachelor’s degree
• Additional certification is encouraged
• L icensed teachers from other states may qualify for reciprocity

• An educational leader whose competency and energy help ensure students thrive
• Ability to interact effectively with diverse students and families to build an inclusive school community
• Ability to implement culturally responsive curriculum, create an inclusive classroom, and differentiate instruction to meet individual learning needs

Salary Range: $53,291 – $75,191 (10-month full-time base). Based on the 24-25 ITA salary grid; a new contract is currently in negotiations.
